Terms of service

BetterIndexNow submits URLs to public search-engine endpoints (IndexNow, Bing URL Submission, sitemap pings) on your behalf, and surfaces the results. We don’t guarantee that any specific search engine will index any specific URL — that decision is theirs alone.

• Only submit URLs for sites you own or are authorized to operate.
• Don’t use the service to spam search engines, host illegal content, or distribute malware.
• Don’t attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or other users’ data.

Violations may result in suspension. Egregious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

The Free plan is offered without payment. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change prices with 30 days’ notice. Existing customers keep their current price for 12 months from the change date.

You retain all rights to data you submit. We process it solely to provide the service and as described in our privacy policy.

We target 99.99% monthly availability for the API and dashboard. The status page (linked in the footer) reports incidents. Business-plan customers get a contractual SLA on request.

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are 30+ days past due, with notice where reasonable.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (and at $100 for Free-plan users).

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
