Frequently asked
- What counts as a submission?
- Each URL we successfully deliver to an engine counts once toward your monthly quota. Retries on the same URL within the same period don’t double-count, and preflight-skipped URLs (robots.txt, noindex, etc.) are free.
- What if I exceed my plan?
- We allow a small soft buffer before any rejection. After that, the submission endpoint returns HTTP 402 with a clear upgrade pointer; reads keep working so your dashboard never goes dark. You can upgrade in one click.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the next invoice.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Annual billing will be made available on Pro and Agency at a discount (roughly two months free).
- Is there a free trial of paid plans?
- The Free plan never expires. We don’t do paid trials — start free, upgrade only when you outgrow it.
